What We Care For!

Acceptance • non judgment • compassion • recovery • enabling dreams • healing • liberate

Acceptance

Unconditional acceptance of all rescued girls and women is a first step. Without judgment and with love and compassion.

Impossible into I 'am' possible ...

Dreams are wings that give us the chance to survive and thrive. URJA strives to know each woman under our wings and strives to find out what their innate passion, talents and dreams.

Recovery ...Healing...

A process that we tread one on one with love and trying all areas of recovery like trauma informed counselling, group counselling , supports, yoga, dance etc

Finding Pathway

Our goal is to explore various traditional and nontraditional career options with the girls and women. Discovering  their hidden talents, gifts and passion and carving that into a livelihood that is joyful and pays their bills. We provide career counseling, group support, expressive arts etc.

Training /Education/Peer Support /Mentorship

Once the girls/women know what they want to pursue we offer full support for the training and education required to pursue their desired path with mentorship when required.

Independance

Supporting and providing an independent future is our goal. We hope with the guidance, nurturing, and tools we can equip them to lead a full holistic happy life. We will follow up individually  even after they have left housing at kshamata for support they may require.

Because Only Together We Can
